Every year, Pfastatt celebrates one of Alsace’s most iconic desserts: the quetsche tart! This year, downtown will come alive with the 45th Zwatschgawayafascht, a festive and friendly food festival that draws an ever-growing crowd. The day will feature a quetsche tart contest, cooking demonstrations, and plenty of entertainment. More than 80 vendors will round out the event with local specialties, crafts, sweets, clothing, accessories, and of course… quetsches in all their forms, to enjoy on-site or take home. A true celebration of local culinary heritage, the Zwatschgawayafascht has become, over the years, a must-attend fall event. Free entry
