The team

Do you know who works at the Tourist Office and Congresses of Mulhouse and its region? Here is our entire team that advises you or works underwater to better welcome you!

Justine Egmann

Deputy reception and quality manager

Justine loves the team’s good humour. She also enjoys meeting local service providers, helping visitors discover the city’s heritage and sharing the anecdotes that make Mulhouse so unique.

In her opinion, Mulhouse is a great city to live in, with a multitude of cultural and festive events all year round!

You’ll certainly find her in her favourite museum: the Cité du Train (Railway Museum). There she can spend hours looking at trains from all eras and interactive explanations.

Aurélie Oudiette

Head of Incoming Travel Department

Aurélie likes to communicate, to discover and make people discover the Mulhouse territory, to create links, to share, to work as a team. What makes her vibrate in Mulhouse is its creativity, its cultural and industrial heritage, its dynamism and its potential. It’s a multicultural city full of surprises!

Find her as soon as the first days of spring for a lunch on the terrace or then during the Festival Le Printemps du Tango!”

Karina Schuback

Destination expert

Karina loves welcoming visitors to the Tourist Office and being an ambassador for Mulhouse and the surrounding region.

The great thing about Mulhouse is that you never get bored! Even when it’s raining, there’s always something to do!

One of her (many) favourite places is the Tour du Belvédère, at the top of the Rebberg hill. The panoramic view is a real feast for the eyes!

Nathalie Birling

Director of Hospitality and Tourist Office

Nathalie likes to make people know and appreciate Mulhouse, its museums and its events. She wants to show that this city is much more than the clichés or fantasies it arouses: you can find Alsace (yes), friendly Mulhousians who are on the move, outstanding sites… It is an endearing, creative, atypical, daring, lively and cosmopolitan city.

You will find it in summer at the guinguette of Illfurth to have a refreshment and a rhubarb pie with a mountain of meringue or at the Scène de rue festival, which is not to be missed!”

Mégane Silberhorn

Business Manager at the Convention Bureau

Mégane loves working at the Tourist Office because her projects are never the same depending on the needs of the clients and the times of the year.

According to her, Mulhouse is an atypical city, promising and especially to be discovered!”

Her favorites are the Jeudis du Parc, THE summer appointment to enjoy a picnic and an outdoor movie or the Maison Engelmann to eat a good waffle there!”

Patricia Burget

Destination expert, in charge of the development of the boutique

Patricia enjoys working as a team with great colleagues in beautiful premises, working with current suppliers and scouting out new ones to spruce up the store.

In her opinion, Mulhouse is a city on the move with great museums and a nice cultural mix.

You can find her strolling around town discovering new stores or even at the Fête de la Musique!

Bénédicte Wirth

Digital animation officer

Bénédicte likes to share good deals with internet users and make them dream through the Tourist Office websites.

According to her, Mulhouse is dynamic, secret, unknown and a city on the move.

You will find her enjoying a good ice cream on a terrace in the city center in the summer or at Scène de rue, the street theater festival not to be missed in July!

Ondine Dantung

Destination expert, in charge of Greeters

Ondine really likes the contact with visitors and teamwork.

For her, Mulhouse is a city that moves, dynamic and where you can attend many events.

You can find her sipping a good little coffee in the sun on the terrace or at Folie’Flore, the must-see event of the fall in Mulhouse.

Clémence Saycocie

Communication and press relations officer

Clémence loves to meet journalists from all over the world and find the trick, the event, the place, the rare pearl or the right word that will make all the difference to convince them, to contribute to the development of the perception of Mulhouse and its region to show everyone that the territory deserves to be known!

According to her, Mulhouse is creative, green, cosmopolitan, European, eclectic and a haven of peace.

You can find her having a family picnic in Wallach Park, Belvedere Park or at the foot of Saint Gall’s chapel in Didenheim or attending one of the many shows at the Scènes de rue festival.

Geneviève Maurer

Destination expert and Quality Manager

What Geneviève likes is the relationship with others, tourism in the broadest sense which corresponds to her curiosity, her desire to discover and learn, the ability to work together.

For her, Mulhouse is a city on a human scale, beautiful, with a beautiful dynamism and a beautiful capacity for innovation, capable of surprising.

You will surely find her walking in the Zoological and Botanical Park, during the Plant Market or at another time of the year.

Magalie Walter-Destailleur

Executive Assistant

“Wackes” in love with Mulhouse, Magalie loves helping people discover the town. She loves the idea of being an ambassador for Mulhouse and sharing its culture, art and heritage, but she’s also an epicurean and loves its restaurants and terraces.

She loves life, living together and the mix of cultures and genders.

Her favourite place is KM0, probably because it was the SACM factory that brought her father to Mulhouse when she was 5.
But if you want to meet her, it will probably be at a VMA volleyball match at the Palais des Sports.

Emmanuelle Van Dinh
