Lies, jealousies and power plays intertwine in The Marriage of Figaro. As Figaro and Susanna prepare to marry, Count Almaviva attempts to seduce the young woman, leaving the Countess in the lurch. Between conspiracies, family secrets and amorous impulses, everyone tries to make the best of it, in a comedy as lively as it is impertinent.
