Description
For over 40 years, the Lentil Festival has been bringing Heimsbrunn to life in a warm and friendly atmosphere. This must-attend event celebrates an iconic local specialty while bringing together people of all ages for a festive weekend.
On the program: the traditional lentil soup, prepared according to a recipe passed down from generation to generation and served on-site or to go, as well as musical entertainment, a large flea market, a farmers’ market, activities for children, and dance performances that set the pace for the festival.
Organized by the village’s associations and volunteers, the Lentil Festival is, above all, a wonderful opportunity to share an authentic experience, discover a tradition deeply rooted in Heimsbrunn, and savor the festive spirit that has enlivened the village for decades.
