The Thalia ensemble, named after the muse of comedy, loves to stage its concerts and perform its musical repertoire in a style all its own. Formed in 2016, Thalia brings together six musicians with different personalities, united by their love of music. Ideas flow freely, and each member expresses their enthusiasm through a repertoire inspired by world music. Through covers and original arrangements, they take you on a journey to discover Irish, Celtic, Yiddish, South American, and Eastern folk traditions, interwoven with a few popular song standards that will delight audiences here at home.
