Description
"The interplay between the score and its performers reveals a sense of absolute cohesion and a command of the material that we don’t get to experience every day. Masterful!" Alain Cochard – ConcertClassic
The ensemble was founded in 2016 in Paris. Having received numerous accolades and performed across five continents, it released its debut album in 2024, which was immediately hailed by critics.
Focused on the master from Bonn, the program will open with an iconic work by the young Beethoven, known for his immediate passion for the piano trio. This light, almost Mozartian opus will be followed by Opus 70/2, the lyrical and radiant—yet virtually unknown, though deeply moving!—counterpart to the “Ghost Trio.” As for Mendelssohn, the direct heir to Beethoven’s Romanticism, he will naturally find his place in this program—much to our delight.
