Description
The SolHimal association, founded in 1988, is dedicated to providing support to Tibetan refugees and the Himalayan populations of Nepal and India. As part of its activities, the organization is hosting a charity exhibition and sale of Himalayan handicrafts at Maison Loewenfels in Mulhouse, near the Sainte-Marie Church, with proceeds going to the organization.
This sale will give visitors the opportunity to discover a variety of unique items crafted by Tibetan and Nepalese artisans, such as Buddhist artifacts, thangkas, cushions, hand-knotted wool rugs, cashmere scarves, Himalayan teas, jewelry, bags, rice paper items, Himalayan clothing, and singing bowls.
In addition to discovering these treasures of Himalayan craftsmanship, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about SolHimal’s sponsorship programs and meet the organization’s volunteers and sponsors.
By participating, you support SolHimal’s work: child sponsorship, solidarity-based development, and sustainable projects in mountain villages.
