Every year, Pfastatt celebrates one of Alsace's most emblematic desserts: the quetsche tart! On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the town center will be alive with the 44th Zwatschgawayafascht, a gourmet festival that attracts ever-growing crowds.
In the streets of Richwiller and des Écoles, and in the heart of the Parc du Général de Gaulle, the day will be enlivened by a quetsche pie contest, demonstrations and a host of events. Over sixty exhibitors will complete the event with local specialities, crafts, confectionery, clothing, accessories and of course... quetsches in all their forms, to taste and take away.
A true celebration of local culinary heritage, the Zwatschgawayafascht has become a not-to-be-missed autumn event.
