Guided tour: Why live together?

  • Guided tour
Parc zoologique et botanique, 11 avenue de la 1ère Division Blindée, 68100 Mulhouse
An ideal experience for all those curious about nature... and social relations!

At Mulhouse Zoological and Botanical Park, the animals have a lot to teach you about the art of living together. In their natural environment as here, some prefer solitude, others choose to live in pairs, while some see their existence only as part of an organized group.

Is there a real advantage to grouping together? What's the difference between a simple colony and a structured animal society? Is there always a hierarchy? On this tour, wolves, pelicans, sea lions, penguins, meerkats and flamingos reveal their strategies and secrets. Observation, mutual aid, protection, distribution of roles... you'll discover that collective life can be a formidable force.

A fascinating immersion in the dynamics of life, and a new way of looking at these fascinating species.

To take advantage of this visit, you'll need a Park entrance ticket.
