The Sauerkraut Festival, a true local tradition, celebrates conviviality around a dish that is emblematic of our region.
On the program: golden pretzels, beer and wine served generously and, of course, delicious sauerkraut carefully prepared by the team of volunteers. The mood will be set by the Sundgauvia folk group, who will be showcasing Alsatian music and dance in their finest traditional costumes.
To add to the fun, there's also a tombola where you can win some great prizes. Gastronomy, music and good spirits all come together to create a warm and festive atmosphere at the Lerchenberg.
