Lecture - Peace in the face of violence: what do religions have to say?

  • Conference
Lerchenberg, 11 rue du Cercle, 68200 Mulhouse
The "La maison commune" association is once again offering a conference with interfaith resonance on the theme of "Faced with violence, what can religions still tell us about peace?".

In a world shaken by conflict, injustice and fear, the question remains: what can religions still tell us about peace?

This interreligious evening will offer a time of dialogue and discernment between the founding texts and today's realities: to understand what our spiritual traditions teach us about peace and violence, and above all, how each of us can become a peacemaker - in our own lives, our relationships and society.

Following the conference and discussions with the speakers, a tasting of culinary specialities from different religious traditions will be offered.
