La Yaute & Cow

Located in Sausheim, La Yaute & Cow is a unique mobile shop dedicated to authentic Savoyard and Swiss products, bringing high-quality specialities straight from the producer to your plate. Created by a passionate entrepreneur from Haute-Savoie, this travelling stand showcases carefully selected AOP cheeses, artisanal cured meats, wines and beers, chosen for their freshness, character and outstanding taste.

Each week, La Yaute & Cow travels through the markets of the Haut-Rhin and Mulhouse Sud Alsace area, from Riedisheim and Rixheim to Huningue, Leymen and Bantzenheim. Whether you are looking to prepare a convivial aperitif, enjoy a traditional raclette or simply discover new alpine flavours, the friendly welcome and expert advice make every visit a truly enjoyable gourmet experience.

You can find Yaute & Cow at the following markets:

- Wednesday: Riedisheim in the morning and Village-Neuf in the afternoon every other week
- Thursday: Rixheim in the morning, Pfastatt in the afternoon and Aspach-le-Haut in the afternoon every third Thursday of the month
- Friday: Huningue in the morning, Leymen in the afternoon (every other week), Aspach-le-Bas in the afternoon on the last Friday of every month
- Saturday: Sausheim in the morning (except the second Saturday of the month) and Bantzenheim in the morning on the second Saturday of the month
- Sunday: Etueffont in the morning, on the first Sunday of the month
