One Saturday a month, La Filature welcomes you to enjoy different experiences in its shared spaces, with a programme concocted by its housemates: the Scène nationale, the Orchestre symphonique, the Opéra national du Rhin, the Médiathèque, and many other partners to discover throughout the season. For this latest edition, La Filature is inviting the street workout* association BARFUZION, who will be inaugurating their new mobile structure, and the Retouramont company, associated with the CCN-Ballet de l'Opéra national du Rhin.
* Street workout is a sport that originated in the United States and involves performing a variety of bodybuilding and fitness exercises, mainly using your own body weight as resistance. Street workout exercises are varied and include pull-ups, push-ups, jumps, sit-ups, squats and many other movements.
