Compliance status
The Mulhouse Sud Alsace Tourist Office website is not yet compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA 4.1).
No compliance audit has been carried out to date, but an active process to improve accessibility is underway.
Process underway
In order to comply with the regulations, we have prepared the following actions:
- A technical accessibility audit to be carried out by an external service provider, to be announced in the coming months via a call for tenders.
- Implementation of an action plan based on the results of this audit, in order to correct any non-compliances identified.
- Progressive reworking of content (texts, images, links, PDF documents…) by the Tourist Office team, to ensure that it is accessible.
- Continuous collaboration with our web agency for the integration of any necessary technical corrections.
- Awareness-raising and training for our digital team.
