Family plus label

The Family Plus label is a true quality approach. In 2013, the City of Mulhouse obtained the Family Plus label, making it the 7th “city” destination to obtain it in France, and the 1st in the Grand Est. After these first 3 years, the label partners were audited in September 2019, allowing the City of Mulhouse to renew the label for 3 years.

The Bicycle Territory label, awarded by the French Federation of Cycle Tourism (FFCT), recognizes Mulhouse for its cycling facilities and structures adapted to cycle tourists.

The CTA was mandated by the City of Mulhouse to set up a dynamic with tourism professionals (museums, tourist sites, accommodation providers and restaurateurs) around the “Bicycle Territory” approach, with the objective of creating a homogeneous and identifiable offer of services adapted to bicycle tourists on the territory.

City of Art and History Label

This label of excellence, awarded by the Ministry of Culture and obtained in 2008, distinguishes Mulhouse, whose charms are revealed throughout its neighborhoods through a diverse built and natural heritage.

For more information, the label and the enhancement of Mulhouse’s heritage are managed by the Maison du Patrimoine Edouard Boeglin (Architecture and Heritage Interpretation Center).

The Tourist Office of Mulhouse and its region is labeled Tourism and Disability for the 4 disabilities: hearing, visual, motor and mental.

The pathway in the OTC is easy and unobstructed, the equipment is adapted, and the staff is trained and aware. The CTA also has a welcome document in Braille, a magnetic loop for the hearing impaired, and documents in enlarged print.
