The day before
Technical set-up for a 2-day exhibition at the Parc Expo in Mulhouse
Arrival of participants and installation in a 4* hotel
Day 1
- 9am – Installation of exhibitors and start of the congress at the Parc Expo in Mulhouse
- 12:00 pm – Cocktail lunch for all exhibitors at the Parc Expo in Mulhouse
- 2:00 pm – Reopening of the stands
- 3:00 pm – Conference in the commission room of the Parc Expo de Mulhouse
- 5pm – Closing of the exhibition
- 5:30pm – Free time for all participants
- 7pm – Meet at National Automobile Museum: aperitif with a contest to win rides in a classic car. Speeches by representatives
- 20h – Gala dinner in the museum
- 0h – End of the evening
Day 2
- 9h – Arrival of exhibitors and beginning of the congress at the Parc Expo de Mulhouse
- 10h – Conference
- 12h – Cocktail lunch
- 14h – Continuation of the congress
- 16h – End of the congress + uninstallation
- 4:30 pm – Guided tour of the National Automobile Museum – Schlumpf Collection
- 6 pm – Return to the hotel and departure of the participants
