The Meyer family produces at Bollenberg a great wine from organic farming, with a reputation established for many years in Alsace. This success is due in particular to the site of Bollenberg, unique and exceptional because of its Mediterranean microclimate. It confers to the wines an aromatic finesse, a vivacity and an undeniable longevity. The estate also produces artisanal eaux-de-vie, jams, terrines and foie gras.
