Workshop "History of the grain of sand" at the Mining and Potash Museum

From granite to sand, the children will discover the phenomenon of erosion and the role of water in shaping the landscape. The children will build a small mountain themselves and set up an experimental river to understand the notions of transport and deposition. They will then take on the role of engineer by creating dams to modify the water flow.
