Created in 2010, this trophy makes teams compete against a prestigious jury. This competition distinguishes itself from other gastronomic competitions by rewarding a complete team, preferably mixed, and working in harmony, chef, maître d'hôtel and sommelier.
The 2020 trophy will be presided over by Anne-Sophie Pic and Mauro Colagreco. It will be enriched with new tests for the candidates.
