More information on The Power House of Fessenheim
The Power House opened its doors in Fessenheim in 2002 on the banks of the Alsace Grand Canal and invites you to explore the world of power and energy. Located close to the emblematic nuclear power station and hydraulic plant, this original centre covering 700 m² developed by the French electricity board EDF, offers you an overview of current power sources - nuclear, electric and hydraulic and also to discover future power sources such as solar and wind power. A fun trail, together with a 3-D visit of a nuclear power station, models, games, interactive terminals and video clips are all invitations to experiment and understand the mysteries of power.
